The Digital Olympic Academy : Online Conference on Technical Departments of Sports Federations

As part of its training and knowledge-sharing activities, the Digital Olympic Academy of the Moroccan National Olympic Committee is organizing, on Friday, March 27, 2026, an online conference dedicated to the technical departments of sports federations.

Held under the theme “Technical Departments of Federations: Roles and Key Missions,” this session will highlight the central role of technical departments in the development of sport and the structuring of performance.

The session will be led by Ludovic ROYÉ, President of the Association of National Technical Directors in France, who will share his experience and provide insight into the missions of technical departments within sports federations.

Through this conference, the objective is to gain a better understanding of the responsibilities of technical departments, their place within the organization of federations, and their contribution to the development of high-performance sport.

This initiative reflects the Moroccan National Olympic Committee’s commitment to strengthening the capacities of stakeholders within the national sports movement by offering accessible formats tailored to current challenges.

The conference will be held online and is intended for technical staff, federation officials, coaches, as well as anyone interested in the organization and development of high-performance sport.
