Tennis: Morocco shines at the African U14 Championships
Morocco stood out at the African U14 Individual Championships, held from April 6 to 11, 2026 in Giza (Egypt), delivering notable results at the continental level.
Competing among a delegation representing several African nations, Moroccan tennis confirmed its presence in the advanced stages of the competition.
In boys’ singles, JAMJI Soulaimane won the continental title.
In the girls’ draw, JAOID Dina reached the singles semi-finals.
In girls’ doubles, the title went to the pair JAOID Dina / EL FALAKI Chada, following an all-Moroccan final.
These results reflect a strong presence of Moroccan players in the final rounds, with multiple qualifications to the decisive stages.
At the end of the competition, JAMJI Soulaimane, DHIMNI Reda, and JAOID Dina qualified for the Tennis Europe Junior Tour, scheduled for July 2026.
