CNOM: Seminar in support of swimming coaches

The Moroccan National Olympic Committee is organizing, in partnership with World Aquatics and the Royal Moroccan Swimming Federation, a seminar for swimming coaches, scheduled for 17 and 18 December 2025 in CIH Club – Plage David. This initiative forms part of CNOM’s ongoing efforts to support the development of coaching skills and to contribute to the evolution of training practices in line with international standards in the discipline.

The seminar is designed as a space for exchange and knowledge sharing, bringing together coaches around topics related to training, performance, and athlete development. It aims to encourage experience sharing, collective reflection, and the strengthening of professional skills within a framework of continuous professional development.

The seminar will bring together James GIBSON, World Aquatics expert, and Pernille BLUME, Olympic champion, whose participation will add an international dimension and perspectives drawn from high-level sport. Their involvement reflects the partners’ commitment to offering a training opportunity enriched by recognized figures from the world of swimming.

Organized in CIH Club – Plage David, this training course highlights the joint commitment of CNOM, World Aquatics, and the Royal Moroccan Swimming Federation to the development of coaches’ competencies and the strengthening of the swimming ecosystem in Morocco.
